We offer multiple payment options for your community association assessment.

To make an online payment, please select an option from the right. Be sure to have your account information available when making a payment. We recommend new users setup an account in the online payment system to create a recurring payment or to save your property and payment information. You may also make one time debit/credit card or eCheck payments (A fee applies for one-time eCheck, credit/debit card payments).

Please note the Management Company ID for HOA Community Solutions is 6835.

IMPORTANT: Payments are required to be set up in accordance with the association's established governing documents and/or policies. Paying the account in full prior to the due date will not reflect negatively on your account. However, delinquent accounts will be subject to fees and/or interest. A board approved payment plan application must be submitted and approved prior to setting up your payments using a different payment frequency. To request a payment plan application, please contact the Association office. 


NOTE: Signing up for recurring payments will not automatically opt you out of receiving mailings (mailed coupon books, mailed statements or emailed statements). To opt-out, please email your request to  [email protected] and include your name, association name and account number. 


If you have a technical issue making an online payment, you can contact Western Alliance Bank at (844) 739-2331. If you need information about your property or current balance, please contact HOA Community Solutions at (253) 985-3812.
